I’m planning on getting a 3d tattoo 3d tattoos pictures on my abdomen and i have a small, flat (not raised), brown birthmark, its kind of just a different pigment to my natural skin colour, and i was wondering if theres any danger in 3d tattoo 3d tattoos picturesing over it? Thanks in advance.
